Introduction to GIT

GIT is a free and open source distributed version control system designed to handle projects with speed and efficiency. By far, it is the most widely used modern version control system in the world today. GIT has been designed with performance, security and flexibility in mind.

The first step to use GIT is by initializing. Lets assume we have the project folder named 'webpro'

Code Structure
git init webpro

Note: git init initializes a new repository.
